With ourselves, our heart, body and soul.
A little bit Kaizen-ish, taking steps just big enough to be serious enough to induce change.
During the three weeks participants can feel what it is like to sit in the driver’s chair, and instead of the „things happen to me” attitude be in the energy of „I am choosing and making a decision in every moment”, what it feels like to respect oneself and to be important for oneself.
What happens during the program?
According to some experts it is possible to re-write habits, and incorporate new ones in our everyday life within 21 days. Not everyone agrees with the numerology of the 21 (or whatever) days, it is certain however, that if we manage to spend some quality time with ourselves consistently each and every day for three weeks, while we are engaged in activitites affecting our lives in a positive way, we will be able to pay attention to and connect with ourselves, and actually do for our quality of life much more easily.
During the program we will not observe miracle methods, changes will not be brought by some magical formula. We will do quite straightforward stuff, sometimes it might not even be perfectly clear how the day’s assignment will add to our life, but the persistent work during the 21 days will not add up but multiply, and as such may and will launch serious changes.
We will have three guided meditations, which participants can listen to every day during the program.
How does it work?
The program is conducted in a private facebook group, a perfectly safe and trusting space, where anything is shown will remain there. Every morning the daily assignment will be published, and it should be done by the end of the day. It should not take more than 30 minutes a day.
What greatly help the process are the supporting and holding power of the group, and the continuous gentle guidance and support by the facilitator.
Experience says that if we are on our own, even with the greatest resolve it is really easy to get out of alignment and stop paying real and regular attention to ourselves, thus the real and regular doing as well. The group energy and the gentle presence of the facilitator can prove to be great help with this too.
There will be different sorts of assignments, surprising and unexpected ones. If some of them triggers you, be happy it means it touched upon some of your traumas, and you can do something about it. You might feel resistance too, if you feel you don’t want to do something, you can find wonderful treasures there.
